A fast-growing pharmaceuticals company is looking for an Investor Relation Manager based in Ho Chi Minh City.

About the Investor Relation Manager Role:

Reporting to the CFO, this person will be responsible for all relationship management with the investor community, collecting and presenting relevant company information to shareholders and potential investors, ultimately to promote the company’s share price.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise leaders with regards to increasing interactions with the investor community
• Conduct regular meetings and keep in touch well with investors, maintain relationship with market regulators
• Develop and implement the company’s corporate messaging system for investors
• Maintain the company’s relevant database and handle ad-hoc research projects
• Coordinate and enhance the Investor Relation Programme
• Perform research and analysis regarding industry, competitor, valuation etc.
• Document and organise relevant files for investor relation purposes, including the company’s filing requirements
• Ensure understanding and participation in disclosure requirement updates, support with compliance checks
• Prepare post investor meeting feedback reports and share with management

To succeed in this role, you must have good communication skills in English.

Key Requirements:

• Seven -10 years of work experience in similar positions
• Experience with an investor relation role in another company is a plus
• Background from securities firm is preferable
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Strong experience with data visualisation tools such as MS PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI
• Always up-to-date with stock market information, as well as industry news in Pharma world
• Fluent English language skills
