Accounts Payable Manager (Manufactury in Binh Duong)

Join a well-established international manufacturer, where you’ll lead the Accounts Payable (AP) team and drive process efficiency, compliance, and collaboration across departments.

What You’ll Do:

1. Lead & Develop the AP Team

   • Motivate, coach, and oversee the Accounts Payable team to ensure accuracy, control, and efficiency.

   • Implement clear processes for invoice posting, reconciliation, and payment.

2. Drive Accuracy & Compliance

   • Ensure invoices are posted within deadlines (7 days) and align with tax and company policies.

   • Maintain compliance with VAS/IFRS standards, tax regulations, and internal controls.

3. Monitor & Improve Financial Processes

   • Review unreconciled or ageing items, ensuring timely resolutions (no >30 days).

   • Oversee GRN clearing, advance invoice postings, and monthly journals.

   • Support cash flow forecasting with the Treasury team.

4. Support Audit & Fixed Assets Management

   • Prepare audit documentation and coordinate with auditors and tax authorities.

   • Manage fixed asset registration, capitalization, depreciation, and disposal tracking.

5. Oversee Payments

   • Control bank payment processes to prevent duplication and ensure alignment with PO/GRN.

   • Guarantee completeness and accuracy of all payment documents.

What You’ll Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

• 6+ years of experience in accounting, including 4+ years in Accounts Payable.

• Proven experience managing a team with strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.

• Solid understanding of VAS, IFRS, and tax compliance.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (preferably Microsoft D365).

• Good English communication skills (both written and spoken).

• Detail-oriented, organised, and able to meet tight deadlines.
