CFO - Long An

An exciting CFO position, based in Long An, has newly opened at a luxury furniture company, famed for their crafted designer pieces.

About the CFO Role:

The CFO will be primarily responsible for Board/Management reporting, financial/strategic planning, bank liaison and structuring of debt, customer liaison for finance issues, and other director level matter and ultimately responsible for the NET income of the organisation and the P&L.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement finance, accounting, billing, IT policies & procedures to ensure strong internal control and compliance
• Create, coordinate, and evaluate the financial programs and supporting information systems of the company to include budgeting, tax planning
• Develop and direct the implementation of strategic business and/or operational plans, projects, programs, and systems
• Analyse cash flow, cost controls, and expenses to guide business leaders. Analyse financial statements to pinpoint potential weak areas
• Interact with other managers to provide consultative support to planning initiatives through financial and management information analyses, reports, and recommendations
• Ensure compliance with law & regulatory
• Supervise, coach, and develop finance team to ensure effective performance of the team. Create the structure, accountability, and support necessary to ensure sustained commitment

To succeed in this role, you must have good communication skills in English.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/ Finance/ Auditing (ACCA/ CFA/ CIMA preferred.)
• 10 years of relevant work experience
• Three years at Director level preferred
• Manufacturing / furniture or MNC experience preferred
• VAS, Accounting & Reporting Standard, Tax
• ERP and accounting information system.
• Leadership, People Development, Change Management
