About the Global Vice President of Finance Role:

This is a critical role and you will responsible for all financial operations of the company globally. This role provides business and financial guidance to the global and local executive teams, collaborates with other departments and ensures compliance with policies and statutory requirements globally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the global finance and accounting team including all aspects of accounting, financial analysis and reporting, and tax compliance
• Own use of all accounting systems, including implementation and integration of new tools to promote efficiency & scalability
• Develop and implement new processes for analysis of customer contracts, audit preparedness and global treasury
• Develop and implement career trees to maximise the professional development and career paths of finance and accounting team members

To succeed in this role, you must have good communication skills in English.

Key Requirements:

• University degree or equivalent in a related field
• 10+ years experience in senior financial roles, preferably within large/ international corporate organisations
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Agile, commercial curiosity and business acumen
• Exceptionally strong leadership
