What you bring:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within multinational organisations, ideally spanning manufacturing or trading sectors.
- Demonstrated expertise in finance business partnering working collaboratively with commercial teams to drive value creation across the enterprise.
- Hands-on working style with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through periods of transformation or change while maintaining high morale and productivity.
- Solid understanding of internal controls, compliance requirements, risk management frameworks, and regulatory environments relevant to global businesses.
- Fluency in English is essential; additional language skills such as French or Vietnamese would be advantageous.
