What you bring:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within multinational organisations, ideally spanning manufacturing or trading sectors.
• Demonstrated expertise in finance business partnering working collaboratively with commercial teams to drive value creation across the enterprise.
• Hands-on working style with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams through periods of transformation or change while maintaining high morale and productivity.
