Accounting Manager

A world-leading firm in Industrial Process Engineering based in HCMC is calling applications for Accounting Manager.

About the Accounting Manager:

You will report directly to Head of Regional Support Centre. Your main responsibilities are to oversee all the daily accounting activities, handle tax issues, and manage the internal control process of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise all the local accounting activities and coordinate with the shared service centre to ensure bookings are processed timely and correctly
• Handle account reconciliation and be in charge of reporting to management team
• Deal with tax authorities regarding tax issues and tax complications
• Ensure internal control and compliance processes of the company
• Be the direct contact point in working with external auditors
• Support other assigned tasks

To succeed in this position, you should have at least 10 years of working experience with relevant experience in Accounting, Tax, and Internal Control. You should be transparent, proactive, and highly responsible.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Accounting or other relevant disciplines
• Relevant hands-on experience in Accounting, Tax, and Compliance
• Strong knowledge of SAP and IFRS
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Vietnamese
• Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with stakeholders across functions
