A leading Agriculture multinational company is looking for a Chief Accountant based in Binh Duong.

About the Chief Accountant Role:

Reporting to the Finance Manager whilst supervising the accounting team, this person will be responsible for all financial accounting and reporting system of the business in Vietnam.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the accounting control system
• Responsible for all internal and management reporting
• Review and make recommendation for better accounting procedures
• Support with the group consolidation reporting in an accurate and timely manner
• Produce and train staff on accounting process and policies
• Supervise the accounting team
• Other ad hoc tasks as assigned by the line manager and the Asia Finance Director (based in Vietnam)

To succeed in this role, you must have good communication skills in English.

Key Requirements

• Five to seven years of work experience in accounting, including at least two years as Chief Accountant or Accounting Manager
• Good experience in reporting
• Experienced with ERP systems
• Highly proficient in MS Excel
• Great English communication skills (both written and spoken)
• Proactive, hardworking and diligent
• Good leadership skills
