Chief Accountant - Manufacturing (Dong Nai)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Chief Accountant to join a well-established multinational manufacturing company based in Dong Nai. This role offers the chance to work in a structured, system-driven environment and report directly to the CFO. The company provides a dedicated private car from home, ensuring a convenient daily commute.

What You'll Do

As a Chief Accountant, you will take full ownership of the accounting function and play a key role in financial operations:

1. Financial Accounting & Reporting

• Oversee full accounting operations including AR, AP, Cash, and General Ledger
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with VAS and internal policies
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for CFO and management

2. System & Process Management

• Manage and optimize accounting systems, especially SAP
• Drive process improvements and enhance internal workflows
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy across financial systems

3. Compliance & Control

• Ensure compliance with local regulations, tax requirements, and internal policies
• Liaise with auditors, tax authorities, and external stakeholders
• Strengthen internal controls and risk management practices

4. Business & Stakeholder Partnering

• Work closely with CFO and cross-functional teams
• Provide financial insights to support business decisions
• Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders

What You'll Need

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar Chief Accountant role
• Mandatory experience in the manufacturing industry
• Chief Accountant certification is required
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP and solid system mindset
• Logical, analytical thinking with strong problem-solving ability
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
