About the Corporate Finance Director role:

The Corporate Finance Director will report to the Partners and will be in charge of deal sourcing and strategic planning of the business in Vietnam.

Key Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for deal sourcing and business expansion for the Vietnam business
• Initiate and retain close relationships with potential and existing clients
• Be responsible for the execution of close of M&A deals by working with both internal stakeholders and service providers
• Develop pitch presentations on M&A opportunities
• Support partners in their relationship management responsibilities, including with current and prospective clients
• Manage, develop, and train team members

To succeed in this role, you must have a minimum of 10 years of relevant working experience in deal advisory or investment. Experience in managing a diverse portfolio of clients is also preferred for this role.

Key Requirements:

• Graduated from top-notch universities
• At least 10 years of working experience in relevant roles
• Strong proven records of successful performances in both local and international markets
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
