M&A Manager

A well-known management consulting firm is looking for talents to join their team as Manager for the SEA M&A consulting service.

About the M&A Manager Role:

Based in Ho Chi Minh City, your main responsibilities are to advise clients with regards to their merger and acquisitions activities, throughout the full due diligence, financial modelling, and valuation processes, as well as leading the team to achieve the desired results for the transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take charge of financial due diligence engagements
• Analyse financial and operational results of businesses from the buy/sell side
• Deal structuring advisory including identifying areas for negotiation
• Keep up to date with industry trends and technologies, as well as seasonality and cyclically on cash flow requirements to provide knowledge and insight to clients
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships
• Contributes to sales pitches and other business development activities
• Actively involved in marketing events and is an ambassador for the firm

To succeed in this M&A Manager position, you should have at least 8 years of working experience in relevant positions in private equity, M&A, and investment banking. You should be transparent, proactive, and confident in communication.

Key Requirements:

• Graduate from top tier universities
• From eight years of working experience in private equity, M&A, and investment banking
• Strong knowledge of deal execution
• Excellent analytical skills and high adaptability to challenges
• Able to meet tight deadlines and have good project management skills
• Strong communication skills in both English and Vietnamese, with solid written English in business context
