Finance Business Analyst

A leading E-Commerce company based in HCMC is calling applications for a Finance Business Analyst.

About the Finance Business Analyst Role:

The ideal candidate is a team player responsible for working with company data in various business areas. Specific responsibilities include reporting metrics, analysing methodologies, suggesting operation improvements, and building proposal evaluations in a cross-functional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a bridging role between the finance and data science team
• Create reporting frameworks for new product features in financial reports
• Provide solutions in extracting relevant data and information to represent the financial reporting requirements accurately
• Troubleshoot system-related issues through essential communication, walkthrough and testing
• Document process workflows and business logics
• Manage stakeholders’ needs, concerns and problems regarding changes, enhancements or fixes
• Think strategically and analytically about business, product and technical challenges
• Ensure the reports are delivered in time with the highest level of accuracy

To succeed in this role, you must have good communication skills in English.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration and/or Business Analytics
• Knowledge of SQL is a must; experience dealing with database is an advantage
• Robust data analytics and/or visualization skills, preferably with Python and/or Microsoft Power BI
• Effective team player and passion to serve
• Versatile and results-oriented in a fast pace environment
• Strong analytical thinking and problem solving
• Excellent verbal and written communication and project management skill
• Keen sense of ownership, drive and determination
• Dependability and a strong work ethic
