FP&A Lead (Global FMCG)

Reporting to the Head of FP&A and being a part of a strong strategic finance team, the FP&A Lead will play a vital role in strategic business planning while serving as a trusted finance business partner to the Board of Directors. This is an individual contributor position, based in Ho Chi Minh city office.

What you'll do:

• Act as one of the key Finance Business Partners to Board of Directors including Managing Director and HR Director.
• Conduct in-depth analyses and deliver actionable insights to foster business growth by assessing revenue, costs, profit margins, and overall profitability.
• Support strategic planning initiatives such as annual, 3-year, and 5-year plans, in addition to managing rolling forecasts.
• Evaluate market trends and perform competitor analyses to provide financial insights for commercial decision-making.
• Develop budgets, monitor variances, and establish KPIs for effective performance management of the entire business.

What you bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or relevant field; international education is a plus.
• Overseas work experience preferred.
• At least 5-7 years’ work experience in FP&A and commercial finance or strategic finance.
• Strong uderstanding of FMCG industry.
• High integrity, strong analytical and logical thinking skills; good presentation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in both Vietnamese and English.

Returned/returning Vietnamese with international work experience is highly encouraged to apply.
