Snr Business Analyst (Global Leader)

Our client is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to play a pivotal role in providing strategic insights to their business partners. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate closely with various teams to gain a comprehensive understanding of business performance, customer strategies, and emerging opportunities. The successful candidate will responsible for conducting in-depth market research, competitor evaluations, and pricing analyses to identify areas for growth and improvement.

What you'll do:

• Prepare and present monthly business performance reports, analysing sales trends among key clients, business segments, and emerging opportunities.
• Perform extensive market and competitor research to uncover potential growth opportunities.
• Assess various sales initiatives, including pricing strategies, to pinpoint opportunities for enhancing sales and margins.
• Contribute to setting annual SIP targets and monitor quarterly performance.
• Develop compelling dashboards and visualizations that clearly communicate critical business metrics.
• Participate in ad-hoc projects to support strategic business objectives as needed.

What you bring:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business or Statistics, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• 4-5 years of experience in business intelligence or data analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for modelling and data analysis.
• Strong skills in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Experience with Power BI and Python is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to work with large datasets and apply research methodologies to develop comprehensive reports.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven success in building strong working relationships with key decision-makers.
• Highly motivated, well-organised, capable of managing time effectively with a growth mindset.
