FP&A and Costing Analyst (Manufacturing bases in Binh Duong)

Our client is a European manufacturing group with a long-term production base in Binh Duong, Vietnam. Operating under a processing model, the Vietnam plant plays a key role in the group’s global supply chain and is expected to scale up production significantly in the coming years. This role will work directly with the Business Analyst Manager and closely with local operations and regional stakeholders.

What You’ll Do

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for the manufacturing plant

• Monitor and analyze cost structure, standard costing, and cost control

• Partner with operations to improve efficiency and capacity utilization

• Prepare financial analysis and reports for regional and European stakeholders

• Coordinate with the external accounting firm and internal teams

What You’ll Need

Must-have

• 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing finance / operations finance

• Strong knowledge of cost control, budgeting, and operational finance (FBP)

• Good communication skills in Vietnamese and English

• High level of self-motivation and independence

Nice to have

• Background in Big 4 (Audit / Advisory) and looking to move in-house
