Senior Costing & Planning Analyst

Our client is a leading international manufacturing group within the thermal solutions industry, operating globally with strong presence in high-tech and industrial sectors. The company is expanding its operations in Bac Ninh and is looking for a Senior Costing & Planning Analyst to join the Finance team. This role will report directly to the Plant Controller and play a key role in cost management, financial planning, and supporting plant-level decision making.

What You’ll Do

• Perform and monitor standard cost reviews and track performance against plan

• Analyse production costs and expenses to identify variances and improvement areas

• Prepare monthly cost analysis reports and highlight key KPIs

• Support cost-saving initiatives across departments

• Oversee inventory control, fixed asset reconciliation, and valuation

• Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and month-end/year-end closing processes

• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely financial reporting

What You’ll Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA/ACCA/CIMA is preferred

• At least 5 years of experience in management accounting or FP&A within manufacturing

• Hands-on experience with ERP systems

• Fluent in English (speaking, listening, writing)

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to work independently under pressure

• Good communication skills and teamwork mindset

• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
