FP&A Lead (Manufacturing in Bac Ninh)

Our client is a well-established multinational manufacturing group. To support continued growth of its Bac Ninh plant, the company is looking for an FP&A Team Lead to join the Finance function. Reporting directly to the Plant Controller, this role will lead the FP&A function at plant level, drive financial planning, performance analysis, and cost management, while partnering closely with operations to support business decisions.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the FP&A function at plant level, including mentoring and supervising the existing FP&A team member

• Oversee standard costing, cost control, and variance analysis to ensure financial accuracy and operational efficiency

• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and rolling forecast processes for the plant

• Analyse production costs, inventory, and operational performance, providing insights and risk assessment to management

• Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, and other departments to identify cost-saving and margin improvement initiatives

• Support month-end and year-end closing from an FP&A perspective, ensuring timely and accurate reporting

• Prepare management reports, KPI dashboards, and financial analysis for Plant Controller and leadership team

What You’ll Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA/ACCA/CIMA is preferred

• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in FP&A or management accounting within manufacturing

• Strong background in plant finance, standard costing, and performance analysis

• Proven experience in leading or mentoring a small team

• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle or equivalent)

• Fluent English communication skills

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work independently and influence stakeholders
