Commercial Finance Business Partner (Senior Manager level)

An international luxury retailer in Vietnam is calling for applications for a Commercial Finance Business Partner (Senior Manager level), based in Ho Chi Minh City.

About the Commercial Finance Business Partner (Senior Manager level) Role:

You will report directly to the CFO based in Vietnam. Your main responsibility is to be the trusted finance business partner to the commercial teams (sales, marketing) and support functions of the business, being in charge of all forecast, budgeting and financial planning process from the the set-up stage to review, execution and monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the forecast process, budget setting, prepare variance analysis reports
• Work closely with commercial teams and BU heads to review and advise on financial-related issues
• Utilise financial planning analysis to advise and manage business performance effectively
• Support management teams in building the right strategy for the BU

To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication skills in English.

Key Requirements:

• At least eight years’ work experience in commercial or category finance / business controller positions
• Experienced in FMCG or luxury retail is highly desirable
• Hands on experienced in Finance Business Partnering and/or FP&A
• Able to work well under pressure with strong leadership and communication skills
• Experienced and comfortable with working as an individual contributor, preferable in a start-up like environment
• Fluency in verbal and written English is a must
• A positive thinker, logically thinking, proactive, result oriented
• Willing to step out of your comfort zone
