About the Finance Business Partner Manager role:

You will report directly to Head of Finance Business Partnering. Your main responsibilities are to be the Business Partner to different functional teams, control processes and activities in terms of budgeting & spending, as well as perform financial analysis for all projects and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Play a highly important role of Business Partner to different functional teams
• Oversee and control budgets in all strategic and operational processes
• Deliver periodical financial analysis and management reports by key commercial dimensions to make suggestions for improvement
• Implement strategic initiatives to enhance the efficiency of commercial & operational spendings and drive business performance
• Support cross-functional teams in various business matters to ensure compliance and drive continuous improvements of processes and procedures
• Support different business stakeholders as requested

To succeed in this position, you should have at least 8 years of working experience in Business Partnering and Financial Analysis in leading MNCs, ideally FMCG firms. You should be proactive, innovative, and creative.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree of Finance & Accounting
• From 8 years of working experience in relevant positions
• Strong exposures in Business Partnering and Financial Analysis with good business acumen
• Outstanding communication skills, both in English and Vietnamese
• Integrity, professionalism, and creativity
• Willingness to travel for work
