Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supply Chain Finance Manager to play a pivotal role in supporting the financial aspects of their supply chain operations. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to cross-functional strategic planning beyond the supply chain domain, ensuring performance targets around cost management, operational efficiency, and working capital optimization are met.

What you'll do:

As a Supply Chain Finance Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the financial landscape of our client's supply chain operations. You will collaborate with various departments to craft and implement financial strategies that align with the organization’s objectives. You will also evaluate cost trends in warehousing, logistics, distribution, and supplier performance to uncover improvement opportunities. Your role will involve creating and maintaining complex financial models for strategic evaluation. Furthermore, you will optimize working capital by managing inventory turnover, payables, and receivables. Upholding compliance with financial standards and reinforcing internal controls within supply chain operations will also fall under your purview.

  • Partner across departments to implement financial strategies that promote sustainable growth.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to uncover efficiencies and streamline processes.
  • Lead the development of cost models for both retail and food & beverage operations.
  • Evaluate cost trends in warehousing, logistics, distribution, and supplier performance.
  • Create and maintain complex financial models for strategic evaluation.
  • Optimize working capital by managing inventory turnover, payables, and receivables.
  • Track and report on key financial indicators such as inventory days, payable cycles, and the cash conversion timeline.
  • Uphold compliance with financial standards and reinforce internal controls within supply chain operations.

What you bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum 7 years of diverse finance experience with at least 3 years focused on supply chain finance.
  • Deep understanding of accounting concepts including product costing, third-party manufacturing, inventory procurement and logistics.
  • Proficiency in building and interpreting complex financial models.
  • Experience with financial planning, reporting and forecasting processes.
  • Technologically adept, with exposure to reporting tools and ERP systems.
  • Comfortable leading cross-functional initiatives and communicating financial topics to non-finance audiences.
  • Advanced skills in Excel, data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI), and presentation platforms (e.g., PowerPoint).
  • Fluent in both Vietnamese and English; able to communicate clearly across all levels of the organization.
