Senior Finance Manager

One of the leading industrial real estate developers is currently looking for talents to join their company as the new Senior Finance Manager.

About the Senior Finance Manager Role:

Based in Ho Chi Minh City and will report to CEO in Vietnam and Regional CFO in Singapore, you will be responsible for the whole spectrum of finance & accounting on the ground in Vietnam and coordinate with the regional team to implement suitable actions for business expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Head the finance & accounting division to ensure all financial processes are properly in placed and managed, as well as guarantee the good financial position of the organisation
• Set up financial policies and procedures, and implement procedures for the efficient management of payroll and expense payments
• Advise the CEO regarding cashflow positions, pipeline, profit and loss statement, audits and all areas of financial reporting
• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to establish annual budget and financial key performance indicators
• Ensure legal compliance with all relevant laws impacting upon the financial status of the organisation, including but not necessarily limited to: personal taxation for employees; company taxation; business registration compliance
• Liaise with external auditors, legal representatives, financial and insurance companies

To be successful in this Senior Finance Manager role, you should have excellent academic skills and robust knowledge in the Real Estate market.

Key Requirements:

• A minimum of eight years’ experience in financial management within project-based, consultancy or professional services organisations
• Relevant working experience in the real estate industry, industrial real estate will be preferred
• A strong understanding of the rules of accountancy and of tax and business compliance
• Excellent analytical and strategic planning skills
• Previous experience managing external auditors and legal representatives
