Finance Manager

A leading manufacturing multinational company is on the hunt for a talented individual to join their team as a Finance Manager.

About the Finance Manager Role:

You will be based in Binh Duong and report directly to the Managing Director in Vietnam, while also coordinating with the Regional Team. As the Finance Manager, you will oversee all financial operations in Vietnam and work with the regional team to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage financial and accounting reports, including HR reports and monthly/quarterly/annual reporting to Corporate office
• Control collection procedures, review tax matters, and manage company assets
• Consolidate sales/cost data, perform financial analysis, and manage cash flow
• Plan and implement operational plans to meet Finance department objectives
• Supervise daily operations and on-the-job training for subordinate employees

To succeed in this role, you must have good communication skills in English.

Key Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting or qualified accounting certification
• Good communication skills in English and Vietnamese
• Chief Accountant certification and five years of accounting experience
• Experience in manufacturing or FMCG industry
• Proficiency in SAP, Navison Microsoft Dynamics
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
