About the Internal Control Manager Role:

As an Internal Control Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the effectiveness of internal controls related to financial reporting and compliance with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act (Sox)

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish, maintain, and enhance Sox compliance measures.
• Evaluate internal controls and recommend improvements.
• Monitor changes in Sox regulations and collaborate with auditors.
• Develop and sustain a robust internal control framework.
• Identify risks and implement controls.
• Maintain documentation of financial processes and controls.
• Continuously improve financial processes.
• Collaborate on cross-functional projects.

To succeed in this role, you must have good communication skills in English.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field required; advanced degrees and certifications preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Sox regulations, internal controls, and GAAP.
• Proven experience managing Sox compliance and audits.
• Solid understanding of financial processes and systems.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
