Senior Finance Manager (Manufacturing)

A leading Manufacturing and Production company in its field is looking for a Senior Finance Manager (Manufacturing) based in their factory in Binh Duong (shuttle bus provided, 1 WFH day per week can be considered). The key objectives are to: * Lead and manage the financial operations of a dynamic organisation. * Develop and manage budgeting and forecasting processes. * Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements.

What you'll do:

• Develop and manage budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Analyse financial performance, identify variances, and provide insights to management.
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements.
• Oversee compliance with accounting practices and regulations.
• Coordinate with auditors for audits and resolve any issues.
• Monitor cash flow, including accounts receivable and payable.
• Develop forecasts and manage banking relationships for optimal cash management.
• Track performance and recommend cost control measures.
• Contribute to financial strategies aligned with company goals.
• Evaluate performance and suggest improvements for profitability and efficiency.

What you'll bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or relevant.
• At least 10-15 years' work experience in Finance in Manufacturing environment, including 2-4 years in managerial level (experienced in team management required).
• Hands-on with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines; strong attention to detail and accuracy.
