Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to join their team in Ho Chi Minh. As a Finance Manager, your role will be pivotal in driving the financial success of the organisation. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of finance management including planning, execution, and management of all financial transactions. Your excellent organisational capabilities will ensure that financial records are accurate and updated promptly. Your deep understanding of local accounting standards and tax regulations will be crucial in leading the company's financial reporting and taxation processes. Your ability to deliver clear financial insights will support strategic decision-making within the organisation.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and management of all financial transactions, ensuring alignment with local regulations and tax laws.
- Lead and supervise the company’s financial reporting and taxation processes.
- Ensure financial records are accurate and updated promptly, facilitating smooth month-end, quarter-end, and year-end reporting.
- Deliver clear financial insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Manage cash flow forecasting, optimize budget utilization, and enhance internal control frameworks.
- Partner with operational teams to achieve shared objectives and drive departmental success.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with external stakeholders such as government bodies, financial institutions, and consulting firms.
What you bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Auditing from a recognized institution.
- CPA certification or equivalent qualifications are a plus.
- 5–8 years of solid experience in finance and accounting roles within reputable organizations.
- Prior experience in Big Four firms are highly desirable.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills paired with excellent organizational capabilities.
- Deep knowledge of bookkeeping systems and financial processes.
- Thorough understanding of local accounting standards and tax regulations.
- Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with tax authorities, financial institutions, and professional advisors.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Vietnamese, with strong presentation skills.
