Finance Manager- Chinese Speaker (Manufacturing | Long An)

A growing international manufacturing company is looking for a Finance Manager (Chinese Speaker) to support its operations in Long An. The company produces and exports high-quality apparel for global markets. In this role, you will work directly with the General Manager and Regional CFO, taking part in both daily financial operations and strategic planning.

What You’ll Do

• Work closely with the head office’s Internal Audit and Finance teams to support financial planning and strategy.

• Prepare and update monthly cashflow forecasts for both seasonal periods.

• Provide financial analysis and management reports, including job costing, to help senior leaders make decisions.

• Support the GM and coordinate with accounting teams on budgeting and business analysis.

• Implement financial policies, internal controls, risk management, and reporting processes in line with group and local requirements.

• Ensure compliance with Vietnamese tax, accounting, and legal regulations.

• Prepare and maintain Transfer Pricing documents.

• Develop and update department policies and procedures.

• Review and improve SOPs and audit findings.

• Lead the accounting team in managing full-set accounts for the Vietnam entity.

• Handle ad-hoc tasks and special projects when required.

What You’ll Need

• Good communication in Chinese and English.

• Chief Accountant Certificate.

• 3–5 years of experience in Finance Manager or senior finance roles.

• Experience in manufacturing, ideally garment, footwear, textile, or export-related industries.

• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work with both local and regional teams.
