Interim Finance Transformation Analyst

A leading international FMCG company based in HCMC is calling applications for Interim Finance Transformation Analyst.

About the Interim Finance Transformation Analyst Role:

You will report directly to the Finance Manager. Your main responsibilities are to take lead in driving different transformation initiatives regarding system implementation and procedure integration of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for driving the transformation agenda of the Group at a local level
• Take lead in different system implementation projects of the company
• Work closely with different internal stakeholders to ensure smooth transitions in terms of procedure integration
• Deliver other assigned tasks

To succeed in this role, you need to have strong experience in Finance Transformation and Project Management, ideally in a big 4 or an innovative environment. You need to be driven, independent, and have a strong entrepreneurial mindset.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree of relevant disciplines
• At least five years of experience in Finance Transformation and Project Management
• Prefer background from Big 4 or currently employed at a Big 4
• Strong communication skills in both English and Vietnamese
• Willing to work in an interim / short-term role
