A leading international FMCG company based in HCMC is calling applications for Finance Transformation Assistant Manager.

About the Finance Transformation Assistant Manager role:

You will report directly to the Finance Transformation Manager. Your main responsibilities are to support different transformation projects, drive inter-Department discussions, as well as ensure all key financial aspects are timely met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the system transformation project of the company
• Be part of all the planning and delivery of projects
• Drive and facilitate cross-Department discussions
• Follow-up on details and timeline of all the related activities
• Identify risks and implement the mitigations for these risks
• Deliver other assigned tasks

To succeed in this position, you should have at least 5 years of relevant working experience in Finance Project Management in fast-moving businesses. You should be proactive, responsible, and highly organised.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree of relevant disciplines
• At least 5 years of working experience in Finance Project Management (system implementation), ideally in a Big 4 company
• Strong experience in working with different stakeholders in a fast-moving environment
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
