About the Financial Controller Role:

Reporting to the Head of Finance, this person will be responsible for all financial reporting, planning & analysis and credit controls of the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for reviewing and executing financial strategy
• Oversees financial and management reporting, utilising data tools and systems e.g. Power BI
• Budget management – set up, monitor and analyse variations
• Monitor the company's financial performance and identify areas for improvement
• Evaluate credit solutions and policies
• Liaise well with regional whilst effectively manage a team of financial analysts and credit controllers
• Advise business leaders in all financial matters

To succeed in this role, you must have good communication skills in English.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting
• Seven -10 years of experience in financial controlling, with at least three years in team management positions
• Big 4 background is a plus
• Proficient ERP system user
• Excellent English skills required
• Proactive, organised, precise in communication
