FP&A Supervisor

A leading international FMCG company based in HCMC is calling applications for FP&A Supervisor.

About the FP&A Supervisor Role:

You will report directly to the Finance Manager. Your main responsibilities are to take lead in budgeting and forecasting, driving the financial reporting and analysis, as well as act part in the finance transformation process of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform and lead forecasting and annual budgeting processes in partnership with, and under supervision of Finance Manager
• Working closely with all internal departments of the company to drive the financial reporting and analysis processes
• Monitor key financial metrics of the company
• Create, maintain, and improve the reporting procedures to deliver desired results with more efficiency
• Support the finance transformation initiatives of the company
• Support other assigned tasks

To succeed in this role, you need to have strong experience in FP&A in a multinational and fast-paced environment. You need to be driven, detail-oriented, and technically strong.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree of relevant disciplines
• At least five years of experience in an FP&A role in leading FMCG companies
• Prefer background in Big 4 combined with experience in an in-house FP&A team
• Strong communication skills in both English and Vietnamese
