One of the leading FMCG companies in Vietnam is seeking an FP&A Manager to join their team in Ho Chi Minh city.

About the FP&A Manager Role:

In this role, the key objectives include effective management of direct reports, leading the Integration Review (IR) Step in IBP, and coordinating annual budget processes. Responsibilities encompass preparing short- and long-term financial plans, offering actionable insights, and contributing to informed decision-making. The role also involves leadership in finance-related projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage direct reports with clear objectives and development plans.
• Lead IBP Integration Review, offering holistic insights for decision-making.
• Head the 3-year Strategic Plan process with local and regional stakeholders.
• Develop external insights on financial and macroeconomic trends.
• Forecast and analyze Total P&L, balance sheet, and cash generation with actionable insights.
• Establish strong communication with key players in BU and Group.
• Lead annual budget coordination, ensuring timely consolidation and reporting.
• Oversee monthly closing for Total Business Financial Statements, including variance analysis.

To succeed in this role, you must have good communication skills in English.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Accounting and Finance
• At least 5 years experience in relevant position in FMCG companies
• Experienced in leading and influencing core processes: long term plan, IBP/S&OP and annual budget.
• Strong MS Excel skills and advanced English communication
• Willing to adapt and learn, good stakeholder management skills
