Commercial Finance Business Partner (Pharmaceutical/FMCG)

Reporting to Regional Head of Finance, this Commercial Finance Business Partner is based in HCMC and in charge of; * Driving sustainable business growth across the region through strategic financial leadership * Leading ERP implementation, ensuring robust financial planning, monthly closing, and internal controls * Acting as a finance business partner, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams during system transitions and strategic projects

What you'll do:

ERP Implementation & Business Partnering
- Design and implement a comprehensive reporting framework aligned with the new ERP system (e.g., P&L, net sales)
- Develop tracking tools for commercial policies tailored to the local market
- Establish SOPs and internal control documentation in line with ERP standards
- Create budgeting and forecasting models based on ERP-generated data
- Build functional reports to monitor actuals vs. budget across departments

Financial Planning & Analysis
- Support budget and forecast cycles, including submissions to group reporting platforms (e.g., annual budget, rolling forecasts, long-term plans)
- Monitor sales performance (sell-in/sell-out, distributor inventory) and provide monthly insights
- Analyze variances and deliver performance commentary for management reporting
- Oversee selling expense controls, including inbound logistics and warehousing costs
- Manage monthly closing processes with shared service centers, including accruals and variance analysis
- Track pricing and commercial policy execution
- Identify financial risks and opportunities, recommending corrective actions to meet targets
- Validate partner data accuracy in collaboration with supply chain and commercial teams

Distributor Transition Support
- Partner with sales and commercial teams to develop new reporting and processes that support revenue growth
- Build end-to-end analytical frameworks with distributors for performance tracking

Strategic & Cross-Functional Support
- Contribute to mid- and long-term strategic initiatives
- Participate in regional and global ad-hoc projects
- Provide data and insights for internal and external presentations

What you bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related filed, international education is an advantage.
• At least 10 years' work experience in Finance Business Partner and/or FP&A, with proven track record withinin Pharmaceuticals or FMCG companies.
• Solid leadership skills in managing senior stakeholders and/or a small team is prioritised.
• Advanced in Excel, Power BI and ERP systems.
• Strong business acumen, with good exposure to cross-cultural environment and excellent communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.

Overseas Vietnamese with experience in Healthcare are highly encouraged to apply.
