FP&A Manager - SEA region (Hanoi)

A leading multinational company in the Industrial sector is hiring an FP&A Manager to oversee financial planning and performance across SEA region (i.e. 3 countries). Based on-site in Hanoi (Vietnam) and reporting to the SEA Head of Finance, this is a strategic role focused on delivering financial insights, driving profitability, and supporting decision-making at regional scale.

What you'll do:

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting across Southeast Asia, ensuring alignment with global standards.
• Consolidate monthly, quarterly, and annual reports with clear variance analysis and performance commentary.
• Partner with business units to evaluate commercial decisions, investment cases, and product costing.
• Monitor business performance, identify margin improvement opportunities, and support strategic initiatives with scenario modelling.
• Drive working capital efficiency by overseeing inventory, receivables, and payables.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and reporting packs using Power BI and advanced Excel.
• Streamline reporting processes and support automation to enhance speed, accuracy, and insight quality.
• Ensure financial governance, compliance, and audit readiness across multiple entities and systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and cross-border teams to deliver consistent, high-impact financial insights.

What you bring:

• 7-10 years’ work experience in FP&A / business controlling and financial analysis for multinational companies.
• Exposure to Regional or Global scope, or cross-border work experience would be an advantage.
• Strong in commercial finance with good business acumen and excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Detailed and hands-on, with confidence to work as an individual contributor.
• Advanced Excel and Power BI expertise; SAP experience preferred.
• Fluent English skills in both verbal and written, with strong influencing skills to work cross-border and multi-culturally.
