Finance Manager (Based in Ha Noi)

What You’ll Do

• Lead financial planning, forecasting, and annual budgeting for Vietnam entity

• Deliver monthly financial analysis and management reports (country & consolidated level)

• Partner with business leaders to identify risks and growth opportunities

• Provide financial insights to support strategic decisions

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal control policies

• Support ad-hoc financial analysis and business performance review

What You’ll Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

• Minimum 5 years of FP&A experience in FDI/MNC environment

• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting skills

• Solid understanding of accounting standards and tax regulations

• Experience with ERP systems (SAP or similar)

• Advanced Excel skills

• Strong analytical mindset and ability to challenge constructively

• Good English communication skills
