Senior Manager, FP&A and FBP (Logistics)

An exciting opportunity awaits for a Senior Manager, FP&A and FBP leader to join a highly respectable multinational company in the Logistics field, based in Ho Chi Minh City. Designed for someone who thrives on connecting financial expertise with operational excellence, this role will ensure that every strategic decision is underpinned by robust financial insight. This person plays a crucial part in driving performance, profitability, and sustainable growth across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse financial data, KPIs, and trends to support decision-making.
• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Develop business cases, pricing strategies, and capital investment evaluations.
• Provide financial guidance to logistics teams, aligning strategies with business objectives.
• Identify risks, opportunities, and cost-saving initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance business performance.
• Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders.
• Build strong relationships with business leaders and external stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.

Key Requirements

• At least 10 years' work experience in Finance (FP&A / FBP), including proven experience in leadership positions.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting; with MBA and/or professional certifications such as ACCA, CMA, CPA etc. highly preferred.
• Expertise in financial analysis, reporting, and business planning within complex organisations.
• Highly proficient in Excel, financial modelling, and presentation tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; analytical thinker with problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset, self-motivated and resilient attitude.
• Experience in logistics would be highly advantageous.
