Senior Manager, Internal Audit

Our client, a multinational FMCG company, is seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Internal Audit to join their team in Ho Chi Minh City. This role offers the opportunity to review, develop and implement internal audit strategies and planning processes. Reporting directly to the head of the internal audit and control department, you will play a crucial role in shaping the company's risk management strategy.

What you'll do:

• In charge the preparation of internal audit reports and can well-communicate audit findings through written reports and presentations.
• Collaborate well and can influence various stakeholders to carry out internal audits, address issues and provide effective recommendations.
• Review and evaluate the current internal control processes (mainly relates to Sales and Procurement processes).
• Develop optimised risk assessment plans; conduct and identify improvement areas.
• Prepare, coordinate and lead fraud investigations.
• Conduct training to relevant stakeholders on risk management processes.
• Support global audit and other ad-hoc projects.

What you bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Audit / Finance / Accounting. ACCA or CIA is a plus
• At least 15 years’ work experience with 5-7 years at Manager/Senior Manager level.
• Experienced in Big 4 Risk Advisory and/or multinational FMCG companies’ environment in an Internal Auditor capacity is required.
• Excellent communication with strong leadership and stakeholder management skills; fluent in Vietnamese and English required (verbal and written).
