• Proficiency in financial modeling, valuation, and market analysis
• In-depth understanding of regulatory frameworks within the investment banking industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven coaching and mentoring abilities
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Fluency in both Vietnamese and English
