What you'll do:
As an Investment Director, you will be at the forefront of our client's investment initiatives in the industrial real estate sector. Your role will involve developing and executing investment strategies that focus on opportunities within Vietnam market. You will oversee market research, financial modelling, and due diligence processes to identify and evaluate potential investment opportunities. Managing investment portfolios will also fall under your remit, ensuring they align with strategic objectives and risk appetite. A key part of your role will be establishing and maintaining strong relationships with various stakeholders. Lastly, you will provide leadership to the investment team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and performance excellence.
- Develop and execute investment strategies, focusing on opportunities within the industrial real estate market
- Oversee market research, financial modelling, and due diligence to identify and evaluate potential investment opportunities
- Manage investment portfolios, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and risk appetite
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including investors, partners, and industry experts
- Provide leadership to the investment team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and performance excellence
What you bring:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 10 years of experience in investment, with a focus on industrial real estate
- Proven transaction experience of at least $50 million (cumulative or not) in industrial real estate within the Asia-Pacific region or Vietnam.
- Proven expertise in financial analysis, deal structuring, and risk management
- Professional fluency in English, with strong communication and presentation skills
- Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities
- Relevant certifications such as CFA, CPA, or similar are preferred
- Strong network within the real estate and investment sectors is advantageous
- Strategic mindset with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced evolving environment
