Investment Associate (Regional Fund)

What you'll do:

• Deal Sourcing, Analysis & Execution: Build robust financial models tied to key value drivers; prepare high-quality investment materials; conduct market and competitive research to assess growth potential.
• Value Creation: Support portfolio companies through financial controls, KPI and cash‑flow monitoring, as well as analytical insights to guide strategic decisions.
• Exit Preparation: Assist with exit analysis and coordinate with internal teams and advisors for this process, if any.

What you'll bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Investment, or related field with strong academic performance
• CFA certificate or MBA preferred
• International education or overseas work experience is a strong advantage
• Minimum 5-7 years’ experience in M&A advisory or Investment Banking
• Strong financial modelling and analytical capabilities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in both Vietnamese and English
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a collaborative, high‑performing team environment.
