What you'll do:

As Business Director in based in Ho Chi Minh City, you’ll be at the centre of shaping E-commerce services for leading brands. Every day brings new opportunities as you collaborate closely with senior management to craft innovative solutions tailored to each client’s needs. You’ll oversee integrated strategies spanning Planning & Solutions, Affiliate/Influencers marketing campaigns, Livestream commerce initiatives, and Media/Video production—energising your teams to deliver exceptional results. By identifying fresh opportunities within existing accounts and translating business objectives into actionable plans, you’ll ensure measurable outcomes are achieved. Your expertise in managing P&L will be vital as you set ambitious financial targets for each pillar while sharing performance insights with leadership. You’ll drive revenue growth through competitive service packages while maintaining high standards of delivery across all teams. As a leader who champions collaboration and development, you’ll nurture talent within your department—building a culture where accountability meets empathy—and ensure every team member feels inspired to achieve greatness.

  • Collaborate enthusiastically with the General Manager to design and deliver bespoke service solutions that truly address the unique needs of brand partners.
  • Lead solution design and go-to-market strategy across four key service pillars: Planning & Solutions, Affiliate/Influencers, Livestream commerce, and Media/Video production—bringing energy and creativity to every project.
  • Spot upsell and cross-sell opportunities within commercial brand accounts to maximise service wallet share and delight clients with enhanced satisfaction.
  • Transform brand business objectives into actionable multi-service strategies that generate exciting outcomes for both commercial and purely service-based clients.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients by providing expert guidance on integrated business solutions that support their E-commerce ambitions with warmth and empathy.
  • Own and manage the full P&L for all service lines, setting ambitious financial targets and tracking performance across monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles with clarity.
  • Drive service revenue growth by developing scalable packages and pricing frameworks that improve win rates and margin performance—always keeping client needs at heart.
  • Report P&L performance to senior management with clear analysis, variance explanations, and forward-looking recommendations for improvement that inspire confidence.
  • Ensure smooth delivery of services across all pillars by defining standards, SLAs, quality benchmarks, and acting as the escalation point for complex issues—always supporting your team.
  • Lead, coach, and develop Service leads and account managers across all four pillars; build a high-performance culture focused on accountability, client centricity, empathy, and continuous improvement.

You bring deep knowledge from years spent managing commercial portfolios—demonstrating not only technical expertise but also genuine interpersonal sensitivity when connecting with clients from varied industries. Your proven experience includes direct P&L ownership where you have successfully grown revenues through strategic planning. Familiarity with adtech publishers or agencies gives you an edge when navigating complex media landscapes. You are adept at designing integrated solutions that meet multifaceted brand needs while collaborating seamlessly across departments such as Commercial Operations or HR. Your people leadership skills sparkle as you coach teams towards excellence—fostering an environment where accountability is balanced by empathy. Communication comes naturally whether presenting ideas or negotiating terms in English or Vietnamese. Above all else your commitment to nurturing talent ensures every team member feels supported as they contribute towards shared goals.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or related field; MBA or advanced degree is highly desirable for candidates seeking senior responsibility.
  • 12-15 years’ experience in E-commerce or digital marketing roles with proven track record in performance-driven commercial environments.
  • Minimum 3–5 years in a leadership position with direct P&L ownership demonstrating ability to manage multi-service portfolios effectively.
  • Demonstrated history of growing service revenue through strategic planning and execution across diverse client segments.
  • Preferred experience working with adtech publishers or agencies—especially within ad operations—to bring valuable industry insight.
  • Familiarity with at least two of the following areas: Affiliate/Influencer marketing campaigns; Livestream commerce; Media/Video production; Campaign Planning.
  • Commercial acumen enabling you to read P&L statements accurately, identify margin levers quickly, and make data-driven decisions that benefit clients.
  • Strategic thinking skills allowing you to translate business goals into executable roadmaps that align with company objectives.
  • Solutions design capability so you can structure integrated proposals addressing complex brand requirements across multiple services.
  • Cross-functional collaboration skills enabling effective teamwork across Commercial, Tech, Finance, HR and Service Operations departments.
  • People leadership experience managing diverse teams; coaching account managers; building high-performance cultures focused on client centricity.
  • Excellent communication skills including strong presentation abilities; negotiation proficiency; comfortable operating in both English and Vietnamese.
