Facilities Maintenance Manager

An exciting opportunity of Facilities Maintenance Manager has just come available in a electronics manufacturing company in Dong Nai. Report to the General Director, the Manager shall responsible for the maintenance and building operations of one or more facilities, buildings, or properties.

About the Facilities Maintenance Manager Role:

Our client is an US electronics manufacturing company with very good growth over the years in Vietnam. The Facilities Maintenance Manager shall be base in company's factory in Dong Nai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for keeping the company facility safe, compliant, clean, comfortable, and functional for the required operation.
• Oversees all maintenance repairs and construction projects (i.e. building of crates, interior modifications, etc.) performed by associates or contractors.
• Oversees the maintenance for the cooling, electrical and mechanical systems, landscape and functional area in the factory area
• Manage 3^rd parties on security guards, janitorial services and pest control services
• Maintains driveways and parking lots and enforces policies regarding those areas
• Responsible for security systems
• Manage and ensure the environmental, fire-fighting and local buildings are compliant to the local regulations
• Oversees and manage the scrap and waste disposal activities
• Any other job-related functions as requested by supervisor or management

To succeed in this role, you must have good communication skills in English.

Key Requirements:

• Seven – 10 years’ experience in maintenance and facility management is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree or Technical Degree
• Fluent English and Vietnamese
• Good work ethic and integrity
• Systematic approach and hands on manner
• Good leadership and problem solving
