Quality Manager cum HSE

An exciting QHSE Manager job has arisen in a leading firm in Ho Chi Minh City Vietnam.

About the QHSE Role:

You will lead the team to achieve quality targets for customers and business goals as well as control and supervise for issues related to HSE at factory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish/ control the spec. for purchasing & products as well as incoming & outgoing inspection procedure for product and facility
• Control procedure/ process for QC-HSE dept
• Monitor/ control the process daily, weekly, monthly
• Establish and manage the total quality control plan for factory
• Control of non- conforming products
• In charge of 5S for the dept
• Conduct performing of issuance concerned to legal/ law/ regulation such as safety, environment, fire protection
• Supervise/ control/ survey for issues related to QSHE at factory
• Survey / audit at supplier annually. Survey / audit at supplier annually
• Resolve customer trouble concerned to quality and safety/ environment
• Evaluate salary/ bonus for staffs
• Making and controlling yearly budget
• Approval for minutes/ official letter concerned to inspection, safety & quality as well as environment except sensitive or serious issue
• Approval for job description for QC staffs
• Approval for days off, overtime for staffs in QC dept
• Warn staff in oral according to the company’s regulation
• Providing other internal and external skill courses, if needed
• Others, follow co. management’s request, if any

To succeed in this role, you must have good command of English.

Key Requirement:

• University or higher (Bachelor’s degree/ Master’s degree)
• At least three years in relevant position
• QMS: Knowledge of management system by ISO 9001, ISO 14000
• Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, plastic production, safety & 5S is advantage
• Quality control analysis: Able to analyse/ evaluate the data/ spec. of product/ process/ system
• Trouble shooting skill: Determine causes of operating errors & deciding what to do about it.
• Time management: Managing one’s own time and the others
• Computer: Using Microsoft Word/ Excel/ Project, Power Point, internet, (knowing AutoCAD is a plus)
