Improvement Manager

An Improvement Manager job opportunity has just come available in a global building material manufacturing company with mission to promote optimisation and improvement of process in the company.

About the Improvement Manager Role:

Report to Director of the company, the Improvement Manager shall implement process management and promote continuous improvement in all manufacturing sites of the company in Vietnam.

Key Responsibilities:

• Continuous process performance improvement and optimisation by audit and assess equipment performance of all manufacturing sites, support and execute improvement projects in term of capacity, energy efficiency, quality, fuel and material optimisation
• Fully comply with EHS regulations
• Support in product diversification and capacity expansion
• People development crossfuntionally in term of improvement mindset and activities

To succeed in this role, you must have good communication skills in English.

Key Requirements:

• Diploma in Chemistry or Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Fluent English, Vietnamese is a plus
• Process Performance Engineer (PPE) certification
• At least seven years’ working in building material manufacturing industry (heavy industry)
• At least five years’ working at managerial position in manufacturing
