Regional Lean Leader

An exciting Regional Lean Leader has just come available in a global electronics manufacturing company located around Ho Chi Minh City. Leading Lean roadmap in both manufacturing sites and commercial office, the leader shall report to Regional Leader of the company.

About the Regional Lean Leader Role:

The Regional Lean Leader shall be responsible for deployment the strategy of Lean in multiple manufacturing sites in Vietnam and China, together with lean application for commercial offices area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Works with the leadership team and functional managers on developing strategy deployment action plans and helps coordinate Kaizen funnel to support the deployment
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement across the organisation
• Drive optimisation and improvement of KPIs create and manage projects across the business to achieve targets
• Schedule, charter, and facilitate kaizen projects.
• Drive lean conversion for the organisation and collaborate with internal and external suppliers and customers on overall lean fulfilment of the value chain
• Build continuous improvement capability for the organisation

To succeed in this role, you must have good communication skills in English.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor degree/ MBA
• Black Belt or Master Black Belt 6Sigma
• Knowledge in Lean/ manufacturing technologies and manufacturing process chain
• Excellent communication skills both in Vietnamese & English
• Committed, self-employed quality oriented person
