Our client, a leading player in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a highly skilled Continuous Improvement Manager to join their team in Ho Chi Minh. What you'll do:

As a Continuous Improvement Manager, you will play a pivotal role in setting up and implementing the WCM roadmap in line with the goals of our client. You will be responsible for ensuring all departments adhere to the WCM program at the factory. Your role will also involve understanding and complying with group environmental objectives as well as general safety measures. Additionally, you will be expected to comply with fire protection regulations and carry out projects based on the 'Sustainable Development' program.

  • Ensure understanding and compliance with group environmental objectives
  • Understand and implement general safety (waste classification, fire protection, dangerous-prohibited areas, emergency exits, TF definition, reward program)
  • Comply with fire protection regulations of the company and related regulations of the group
  • Understand and implement regulations, carry out projects based on the 'Sustainable Development' program of the company & the group
  • Set up WCM roadmap according to the goals of the company and the group, deploy according to the set roadmap
  • Train, guide and ensure departments implement WCM program at the factory

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Continuous Improvement Manager role should hold a Bachelor's degree in industrial management, electronics or mechanical engineering. You should bring at least 3 years of experience in manufacturing in a similar position. Your background should include experience with WCM, TPM – Total Productive Maintenance, OE - Operation Excellence (LEAN, CI - Continuous Improvement, IE - Industry Engineering). Analytical skills are crucial for this role; hence we prefer candidates with black belt certification in six sigma. You should also possess good presentation skills along with proficiency in Microsoft Office tools. Audit and coaching skills, problem-solving ability, and good English communication skills are also required.
