Business Development & Client Engagement

• Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities
• Build long-term, trusted relationships with clients across industries
• Understand client needs and deliver strategic, consultative recruitment solutions
• Represent the Robert Walters brand through networking and market engagement
• Drive revenue growth through disciplined planning and execution

Candidate Consultation & Relationship Management

• Build and maintain a strong network of professionals
• Provide career guidance and match candidates to suitable opportunities
• Assess skills, experience, and aspirations to ensure strong role fit
• Manage the full recruitment cycle—from sourcing to offer negotiation
• Deliver a seamless, high-quality experience with empathy and professionalism
