A leading manufacturer in the electronics sector is seeking a Quality Management Systems Engineer to join its Quality Assurance department in Long An. This is an excellent opportunity to make a tangible impact on the company’s quality and environmental management systems, ensuring full compliance with international standards such as ISO9001:2015 and IATF16949:2016.

What You’ll Do

  • Maintain and improve the company’s ISO9001:2015 and IATF16949:2016 management systems through scheduled audits and compliance reviews.
  • Support superiors in implementing system improvement projects and coordinating new certifications to meet client requirements.
  • Oversee the document control centre, ensuring all documents are properly numbered, issued, updated, archived, and secured.
  • Collect and apply regulatory requirements related to ISO14001:2015 and ISO45001, translating them into effective internal policies.
  • Conduct internal and external audits, prepare audit plans and checklists, and ensure timely follow-up on corrective actions.
  • Train and guide new employees on quality and environmental management systems to promote best practices.
  • Provide accurate KPI analysis and reporting to support data-driven management decisions.
  • Ensure all documentation meets traceability, validity, and security standards throughout its lifecycle.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s or college degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in quality management or internal auditing.
  • Solid understanding of ISO9001, IATF16949, ISO14001, and ISO45001
  • Proficiency in core quality tools: APQP, FMEA, CP, PPAP, MSA, SPC.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Chinese.
  • Skilled in office software for documentation and data management.
  • Detail-oriented and dependable, with strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to train and support others clearly and empathetically.
