Key Responsibilities:
• Lead manufacturing teams to achieve targets in output, cost control, quality, and
safety while fostering accountability and collaboration.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations through risk assessments and
mitigation strategies.
• Implement 5S principles for workplace organisation and efficiency across
production lines.
• Collaborate with departments like Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality Assurance,
R&D, and Warehouse Management to ensure seamless product launches.
• Drive process improvements using data analysis to optimise productivity and
reduce waste.
• Mentor team members to enhance skills and support career growth.
• Manage organisational change effectively while maintaining consistent
operations.
• Monitor KPIs such as Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) to identify gaps and
implement solutions.
• Enforce standard operating procedures to maintain quality standards and
operational reliability.

What You Bring:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering with 7–10 years of experience managing
manufacturing operations in industrial settings.
• Strong commitment to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Proven leadership in driving performance improvements through mentorship and
goal-setting initiatives.
• Expertise in production management including quality control systems, process
automation technologies, ERP/SAP systems, Lean Manufacturing principles or
Six Sigma methodologies.
• Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost-saving measures without
compromising quality or safety.
• Exceptional communication skills for fostering teamwork across departments.
