An rarely available Technical Support Manager (flexible working hours) job is now available in the market. This is a new position in a growing team, where you have the support & opportunity to develop both technical & management skill.

About the Technical Support Manager (flexible working hours) Role:

As a part of the growing team in Vietnam, you will take the key role in PU technical support & consulting for the existing customers, manage the labs in Vietnam and build a strong technical team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide PU technical service to customers in Vietnam
• Proactively get update technical trends
• Act as a key contact point with regional technical team
• Provide other technical supports to boosting our business in Vietnam
• Manage & develop the technical support team in Vietnam, in the alignment with the business growth in Vietnam
• Be responsible for setting up and manage the lab in Vietnam, following Vietnam regulations & company requirements (including Safety)

To succeed in this role, you must have good communication skills in English.

Key Requirements:

• Degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering
• Solid technical knowledge & experience in PU products
• Experience on chemicals analysis and lab activities
• Persuasive & good communication skill
• Strong problem solving skills
• Fluent English and Vietnamese
