Mechanical Design Manager

An exciting Mechanical Design Manager job has arisen in a USA manufacturing firm in Ho Chi Minh city, Vietnam.

About the Mechanical Design Manager Role:

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring technical expertise, coordinate all design matters relating to a project, helping to ensure that the multi-disciplinary teams building the project work together smoothly and that everything is delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• In this role, you will be the Coordinator with the R&D team in US, deliver the design and development of products; solution and systems for Vietnam team
• Ensuring and verify technician compliance of products with specification; code; standards
• Generating and/or review technical procurement specification, Parts and document suit
• Take responsibility in working across global engineering team to build up the local engineering team to develop the new range of product

To succeed in this role, you must have good communication skills in English.

Key Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical qualified in US with relevant work experience
• Be fluent in English, strong written and verbal communicator; team, customer and business
• Have experience in 3d Inventor and or Solidworks
• Have experience developing detailed design documentation and BOM
• Be proficient in design, analysis; management and documentation software
