As the Engineering Manager, you'll manage Capex projects, develop the Engineering team's skills, and enhance equipment maintenance using WCM techniques. You'll also oversee timely breakdown analysis, promote WCM tool adoption, and ensure efficient work order completion while managing contractors effectively.

About the Engineering Manager Role:

In this role, you will manage Capex projects and initiatives for process enhancement while taking charge of the systematic development of the engineering team's technical and soft skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Involve the progressive improvement of equipment maintenance through the strategic application of WCM techniques
• Provide oversight for timely breakdown analysis, ensuring effective countermeasure implementation
• Actively advocate for the utilisation of WCM tools within the department and work collaboratively with maintenance lead personnel and planners to ensure precise prioritisation and punctual work order completion.
• Effective contractor management, as well as weekly or daily work schedule planning, will be crucial elements of your role, contributing to efficient project execution and resource allocation
• Ensuring safe engineering practices, training, and enhancing safety systems, including compliance with standards and sustainability measures in alignment with group strategy

To succeed in this role, you must have good communication skills in English.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering
• Over five years of maintenance experience in an industrial setting
• Capable of leading by example, coaching, training, and developing team members
